How to Schedule a Delivery

You may place a scheduled grocery order with our support staff. The steps are the same as placing a regular order—just inform our team that you’d like the groceries delivered at a later date.

Please include the preferred date and time for your delivery. While we aim for precision, deliveries may arrive up to 30 minutes before or after the requested time. If you are placing multiple orders on the same call, we’ll apply a discounted service fee on your second and any additional orders.

Grocery Delivery – Frequently Asked Questions

Can I choose a preferred delivery time?
Yes. When placing your order, you can request a specific delivery time that works best for you. While we strive to meet your preferred window, please allow a 30-minute range before or after the scheduled time for unexpected delays.
Can I give a tip to the delivery assistant?
Absolutely. Tipping is optional but appreciated. If you'd like to include a tip, you may do so during payment or in cash upon delivery.
What happens if something I ordered isn’t available?
If an item is unavailable, our concierge will contact you with recommended substitutes or confirm whether you'd prefer to skip the item. We only proceed with your approval.
Can I reuse my shopping list for future orders?
Yes. We can save your shopping list to make future orders faster and more convenient. Just let us know you'd like your list saved.
Am I limited to just groceries, or can I order household items too?
You’re not limited to groceries. You can also request household supplies, personal care products, and other essential items available at your selected store.
Will I be notified when my groceries are out for delivery?
Yes. We send a notification when your order is on its way, along with an estimated time of arrival. You’ll also be updated if there are any delays.
Who do I contact if there’s an issue with my delivery?
Please reach out to our Care Concierge team directly through our support line or contact form. We’re here to assist you promptly.
How is a missing or incorrect item resolved?
We’ll work to correct the issue by arranging a replacement delivery or issuing a refund, depending on your preference. Our team will stay in contact until the matter is resolved.
When is the grocery delivery service available?
Our grocery delivery service is available Monday through Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Orders must be placed in advance to secure same-day or next-day delivery.
